Our clients wanted to maximise their large corner block and build a new home in what was originally their backyard.

A contemporary three bedroom / loft design was completed by Couvaras Architects.

The home has a great open aspect with an abundance of light captured over the kitchen and family room from the large raked glass wall.

The upper level loft overlooks the family area below and adds to the “warehouse” inspired feel.

Vaulted ceilings, polished concrete floors and exposed structual steel elements provide a sense of industrial living in the heart of Sutherland Shire.
