This semi centrally located in Bondi Junction required more living space and an overall update to match its great location.

The ground floor was extended to create a living/dining space opening to the sun filled rear courtyard. New bathroom, laundry and kitchen were incorporated in the scope.

External render and commercial grade aluminium windows/doors and beautiful cedar cladding provides great street appeal – a real gem.
