A semi located right in the heart of the village – with such a great location, why move.

A first floor addition incorporating 2 bedrooms/bathroom and a new bath/kitchen with updated finishes to the ground floor, completely transforms the home. 

Spotted gum timber floors throughout and a few very cool features such as retaining the original fireplace wall in the stairwell to add to the appeal. 

Multiple skylights to the first floor capture an abundance of natural light to complete the picture.
